3 hours of consulting work, and our proprietary templates, are required to build the custom page so there may be up to a 20 day delay depending on workload in our support queue. After the initial 3 hours are spent and the initial front page is built, you may choose to purchase additional custom design work as required to tune the page to your individual needs.
The Signature Custom Front Page remains the property of TekRealtor upon its completion and cannot be taken to other providers nor run on other sites once built. |

The personalized domain name is one of the first thing that most web realtors are are going to want to secure. By default, all new users are provided with a URL (Web address) for their website which resembles the following: http://johnsmith.boomre.com. Boom Real Estate - BOOMRE. If you would prefer something more personal like www.johnsmith.com - or something that matches your home town - such as www.miltonhomesforsale.com - then you are going to want a personalized Domain Name. To test out a few ideas - go to www.dotdomo.com and try a couple of names that your think might not be already taken. You should choose only one domain name for your site - it is possible to configure several domain names to converge on your single website - but search engines take a very dim view of this practise and you risk being black-balled from any free advertising for your site.
We don't offer it to subscribers at our FREE website level but we do offer the workaround of allowing agents to sign up to our Enhanced SEO program ($12.95 per month) plus the sign-up fees required by our Domain Hosting partners at HTTP://www.DOTDOMO.COM .
